What this quiz does, and what it doesn’t
It’s a filter, not a diagnosis.
The questions are about product attributes: whether you’d rather hold drops under your tongue or chew something, whether you need THC fully removed because you get drug tested. Those are real, answerable questions, and the answers genuinely narrow the catalogue.
What we won’t do is ask what’s wrong with you and then hand you a bottle. We can’t tell you how CBD will affect you — that varies between people, and the research isn’t settled enough for anyone to claim otherwise honestly. Any shop that runs you through a symptom checklist and produces a confident recommendation at the end is selling you certainty it doesn’t have.

Three things worth understanding before you buy
Format changes how it behaves
Drops held under the tongue are absorbed through the tissue in your mouth. Anything you swallow — gummies, capsules, coffee — goes through your digestive system first, which takes longer and means less of it reaches your bloodstream. Topicals stay roughly where you put them.
None of these is better than the others. They’re different, and the right one is the one you’ll keep using. A tincture you dislike the taste of is worse than a gummy you’ll actually remember to take.
Full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, isolate
- Full-spectrum keeps the whole range of compounds from the hemp plant, including a trace of THC — at or under the 0.3% federal limit.
- Broad-spectrum is the same, with the THC removed.
- Isolate is CBD on its own, with everything else stripped out.
If you’re subject to workplace drug testing, choose broad-spectrum or isolate. A trace of THC is still THC, and we’d rather tell you that up front than have you find out later. Our full-spectrum vs. broad-spectrum guide goes deeper.
Milligrams on the label aren’t the whole story
A 2,000mg bottle isn’t “stronger” than a 500mg bottle in any way that matters until you know the bottle size and the serving size. Higher-concentration products usually cost more up front and less per serving, which is why regular users tend to buy them. If you’re new, there’s no advantage to starting there.
Start at the low end of the label’s suggested serving. You can always take more tomorrow; you can’t take less after the fact.

Every product we sell has a third-party Certificate of Analysis — an independent lab’s measurement of what’s actually in the batch, including cannabinoid content and contaminant screening.
We’d rather you learned to read these than take our word for anything, so we wrote a guide to reading a COA. Use it on us. Use it on whoever you buy from next. A shop that won’t produce a current batch report is the only real red flag in this industry, and it’s the one thing worth being strict about.

No. It narrows products by format, strength range and preference. Follow the serving guidance on the label of whatever you buy, start at the low end, and talk to your doctor if you take prescription medication.
